We are informative and offer advice on a regular basis to obtain the best service out of your unit. We are capable of doing any required work to lifts, escalators and hoists, we offer advise on the best solution for your usage requirements, if a task is out of our league, we will let you know and inform you of companies that are capable of handling your required task.

We use qualified personel who we do not over load with lifts to service, a route consists of an average of 50 units, this way we ensure that the lifts are being serviced properly. We also forward photos to an appointed person from our customer, the photos show that the unit is cleaned and serviced properly.

We service all of our listed units under a modular preventative maintenance plan, the modular system ensures that all aspects of the unit are inspected at least twice per year. Service is carried out under a scheduled plan and will be delivered within two days of the same day each month. Qualified personnel are used to deliver the services.
Service level agreements are either comprehensive or non-comprehensive, a comprehensive agreement covers all call outs, spare replacements and service materials.
We are available 24/7 for call outs. Our response times to call outs are within one hour, entrapments are treated as a priority and the allocated time is 30 minutes.
With the maintenance all units, only original replacement parts are used, on old units, if the parts have become obsolete, our engineers will manufacture a part to the original quality, if not better.
We offer our services throughout the Johannesburg and Pretoria areas, Northern Natal is also included in our coverage.
Installations are done anywhere in Africa; we will also recommend a company to maintain your units if need be.
Other services include lift audits and consulting, restoration of old units, lift interior upgrades and repairs to any unit.
